1 General Provisions

avc8 is an online gaming platform that provides various entertainment services for Bangladeshi players, including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games. These terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

avc8 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Registered users are advised to review the terms regularly.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form your complete agreement with avc8. If any conflict arises between these three documents, these Terms will take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services at avc8:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
• You must have a valid and active mobile banking account.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• You must transact in your own name and using your own account.

Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. avc8 may request identity documents at any time for age verification and may temporarily suspend an account in cases of doubt.

3 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account at avc8. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or unusual activity on your account, notify the avc8 support team immediately. If you share your password with a third party, you bear full responsibility for any resulting loss.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is considered a rule violation and all related accounts may be closed.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

avc8 may request your national ID card or other valid documents to verify your identity as needed. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on avc8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods are:

• bKash — the country's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — mobile banking service operated by the postal department
• Rocket — mobile wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile payment service from UCB Bank

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method). Maximum deposit limits are set and may vary by method. The correct transaction number must be provided when making a deposit, otherwise the credit may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. KYC verification and the wagering requirements for any applicable bonuses must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be completed.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transferring funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

avc8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Accepting the welcome bonus requires completing a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
• avc8 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Fraudulent behaviour aimed at obtaining bonuses may result in account termination.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on avc8 are conducted under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Betting Rules

Each game or betting product has its own rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error causes an abnormal result, avc8 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bets are placed at fixed odds before a match begins. If any match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games use services from world-renowned providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Slot games are developed by well-known developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe. Each game has its own paytable and special features.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on avc8. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Operating an account using a fraudulent identity or false information
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using planned betting strategies for the purpose of earning bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Placing automated bets using software or scripts
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in games or the system
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
• Harassing or deceiving other users
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account

8 Account Suspension & Termination

avc8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account at its own discretion, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failed KYC verification or proven false information
• Evidence of unethical betting strategies

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. In this case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance in the account (excluding bonuses), however any bonus will be forfeited if the wagering requirements have not been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

avc8 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. avc8 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party service outages.

Online gaming carries financial risk. Players bear full responsibility for their own financial decisions. avc8 does not guarantee winnings and is not obligated to compensate for any losses.

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, avc8 reserves the right to void those bets and establish the correct outcome.
